Services Offered

Below is the descriptions of the services we offer. All projects beyond the Basic Site package will be estimated and we will provide a basic project spec and proposal. Please note: fees are standard 50% of estimated total up front, remaining upon completion. Work will NEVER exceed estimate without written Change Order. Any changes requested once proposal is approved must be in writing, and will affect the overall project estimate. Significant changes may require additional fees up front. Basic Site Package

$350 for a basic 5-7 page website

  • Initial consultation - 1 meeting (phone or in person) to discuss layout, content, etc.
  • Site Navigation plan
  • Client provides written and graphic content, including logo
  • Page titles, meta content (description, keywords, etc) - we can advise during initial consultation
  • The site will be delivered/uploaded as a package, the client is responsible for any edits, etc, after delivery.
  • Client is responsible for having editing capability, software, etc - we can advise
  • Extras
    • $50 per page over the included 7 pages
    • $50 extra per hour for any page that requires forms, javascript, etc.
    • $50/hour basic graphic design work and/or logo design

Additional coding priced per project based on information gathered during initial consultation.

Existing Site Work

This is for work on your existing site, should you already have one.

$450 for a basic 'site update'

  • Initial consultation - 1 meeting (phone or in person) to discuss the changes desired and what your vision is for the re-design.
  • Uses existing written and graphic content, unless alternate content is provided by the client.
  • Used for porting your content into new, clean content that improve your load times. Improved load times help you to retain interest in your site, and save money over the long run.
  • Updates your look and feel, including navigation.
  • The price may vary, depending on the complexity of your existing site, existance of forms, scripts, shopping carts, etc.

$50/hour for work on your existing site - this includes adding a new page, fixing something that's broken, adding forms and/or form validation, etc.

Add-on services

These are services that you can add to any of the above.

  • High-end graphic design is available through a sub-contracter. If interested in this, please ask for details.
  • Domain name registraion - I will register your site through directnic for $15 per domain per year which is my cost on this. This is an up-front cost, and will require some additional information on your part.
  • Website hosting - $50/year prepaid
  • Content Management - $500/year prepaid - this will include 2 minor content updates per month. The perfect option for those that don't want to edit and maintain their own sites!
  • Content consulting - $85/hour for a communication specialist to go over your site's copy and optimize it for effective and persuasive writing, placement of text, SEO improvements, etc.
  • SEO consulting referred out to a long-time SEO professional beyond basic SEO steps included above.
